A south German style of wheat beer (weissbier) made with more than 50% wheat and a special yeast that produces unique phenolic flavors of banana and clove with a dry and tart edge, some spiciness and notes of apples. Little hop bitterness, and a moderately high level of alcohol. Unfiltered straw color.
