Reserved vintages are generally from segregated vineyards that receive special attention to produce low yield crops and intensely flavored grapes. The grapes are gently pressed to extract the finest juice quality for winemaking. Aged in select barrels to enhance the natural essence of the grapes with a superior flavor presentation.
