Sarver Winery

Elhanan Vineyard at Sarver Winery was established in 1984 as one of the first growers of premium Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris grapes in the South Willamette Valley. From their own grapes, they produce single varietals, signature blends, rose, sparkling wines and port-influenced dessert wines. Enjoy daily wine tastings with beautiful views of the vineyard and valley. Live entertainment and food trucks every Friday evening on the large outdoor patio throughout the summer.
