Oakwood Cellars Winery Claimed

Built in 2011, our state-of-art winery has an installed capacity of 5 lakh litres and barrel maturation capacity of 1 lakh litres – by far, the largest maturation facilities owned by an independent, entirely family owned winery in India. Our unique techniques like inert gas extraction of juices from the grapes, and traditional practices including thermo regulated fermentation and malolactic fermentation in french oak barrels bring out the distinctive characteristics in our wide range of premium as well as classic range of varietal grape wines.
