Hunter Valley Winery

An extensive range of wines to surely suit any palate. A nice touch was a small tasting plate of cheese, olives etc to compliment the wines. The presentation was enlightening & added to the experience. The stand out wines for me were the 2016 Sparkling Rose (very on trend for that afternoon tipple) and 2 tremendous reds – the 2018 Shiraz & 2017 The Marque blend..I hadn’t expected The Hunter reds to be so good, everyone talks about the great whites, well surprise, the reds are so smooth & fruity as well. Loved the visit.
