Jayse Wine

Rhapsody is our very popular blend of Marsanne and Roussanne. We take 50% of each grape and ferment and age them separately. The Marsanne is aged in stainless steel while about 33% of the Roussanne is aged in stainless with the balance in neutral oak. The 2 wines are then blended together right before bottling. The result is a delicious dry white wine that features floral and honeysuckle notes.
